- This page outlines the cancellation and refund terms for Resort & Tour Packages and Safari Bookings made through ExploreXperience.
- Guest Policy
Extra adult in the same cottage will be charged 35% of the package cost.
- Cancellation Policy for Resort & Tour Packages
The cancellation policy for resort and tour packages depends on the hotel’s rules and the number of days prior to check-in when the cancellation request is made:
Booking cancelled 30 days or more before check-in:
Eligible for 75% refund or adjustment in a future booking.Booking cancelled 15 to 30 days before check-in:
Eligible for 25% refund or adjustment in a future booking.Booking cancelled 7 to 15 days before check-in:
No refund, but adjustment in a future booking may be offered.Booking cancelled less than 7 days before check-in:
No refund, no adjustment.
100% retention will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Note on Peak Season
- During peak seasons (such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Good Friday, and extended weekends), hotels and resorts follow their own special cancellation policies.

- Refund Policy of ExploreXperienc
If a guest makes payment through a payment gateway (online card or wallet), refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after confirmation.
To initiate a refund, you must provide your bank details or specify the original payment mode used for booking.
If the payment was made via bank transfer or UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), the refund will be processed within 3 working days after approval.
Refunds are issued only through the following methods:
- UPI Payment Mode
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds (if payment was made via gateway)
⚠️ Note: Refunds are processed only if applicable under the cancellation policy. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Cancellation Policy for Safari Bookings
The following terms apply to all safari bookings — including Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Safari:
- Safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances once confirmed.
- Once a safari is booked and confirmed, it cannot be rescheduled for another date or time.
- In case of government restrictions, park closures, or natural conditions (like heavy rain), refunds or adjustments are subject to forest department policies and are beyond our control.
- Important Notes
- All refunds are initiated only after receiving a formal written cancellation request via email.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused services.
- ExploreXperience reserves the right to modify or update the policy without prior notice. Please review the latest version before making a booking.
- Reservation Policy
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at check-in.
- Guests paying via credit card must carry the same card or a photocopy at the time of check-in.
- Explorexperience reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or misuse.
- Guests requiring a GST bill must inform at the time of booking or at least 2 days before check-in. Late requests may not be accommodated.
