- Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or an agreed deposit is received.
- A confirmation message or email will be shared once your booking is successfully processed.
- All travelers must carry valid ID proof and booking confirmation at the time of check-in or safari.
- ExploreXperience reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that violate park regulations or payment terms.
- Payment & Pricing
- Prices displayed on our website are current and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Rates may vary depending on seasonal demand, government fees, or changes in park permit costs.
- Payments must be made through our official and secure payment channels only.
- ExploreXperience does not hold liability for payments made to unauthorized individuals or third-party agents.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Safari Bookings (Jeep, Canter, Elephant) are non-refundable once confirmed, as per the Forest Department’s rules.
- Hotel & Tour Packages may have separate cancellation policies mentioned at the time of booking.
- Any approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
- In cases of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen conditions, refunds will depend on third-party provider policies.
- Modifications & Cancellations by Providers
Occasionally, our travel or safari partners may modify or cancel services due to:
- Park closures or changes in safari zones.
- Weather or safety-related restrictions.
- Technical or operational challenges.
In such cases, ExploreXperience will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternate options, but we do not hold liability for provider-driven cancellations.

- Ensure timely arrival at safari entry gates and pick-up points.
